The school’s strategic plan provides the overarching framework for the school’s operations and policies. It is developed by the School Leadership Team and endorsed by the School Council.
It includes service standards for education, parent engagement and community links.
There are specific goals and targets to improve educational results, engagement of students in their learning, student wellbeing and teacher productivity – and clearly defined strategies to achieve these.
Our overarching goals are to:

improve student learning outcomes

create a culture of high expectations and consistent practices that support student engagement and learning

ensure that all members of the College community feel that they are in a safe and supported learning environment

strategically allocate resources to best support the strategic plan.
