Welcome to Year 9 and Year 10 at Scoresby Secondary College. We hope you enjoy your two years in the Middle School and make the most of the educational opportunities provided for you.
The College offers a high quality education program where all students have equal access to learning opportunities to develop knowledge and skills whilst catering for individual capabilities, interests, expectations and ambitions. The College also provides a supportive learning environment, to encourage students to accept challenges and recognize each other’s contribution and worth.
The subjects taught in the College are based on the Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS). VELS is a whole school curriculum planning framework from the Department of Education. It comprises of three interwoven purposes.
