The Library/Resource Centre has a collection with breadth and depth. All students and staff are catered for with the extensive range of resources that are housed in a pleasant building. Areas are set aside for study and research as well as recreational reading. The resources and information services are based on the school priorities and curriculum decisions, which enhance the learning outcomes of the students. As well, a fictional collection caters to all year levels for the development of the student's enjoyment of reading. Resources are held at all levels for academic and recreational needs of students. The collection is computerised for easy access and research for both students and staff. Research based programs are provided in conjunction with the classroom teacher to enable students to learn research and information skills within the context of the curriculum of the school. A newspaper indexing service and a CD ROM encyclopaedia are provided for research. Students also have access to the Internet in the Resource Centre.
