It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Scoresby Secondary College website.
Scoresby Secondary College is a co-educational secondary school located in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs between Stud, High Street and Scoresby Roads in Scoresby.
It is an exciting time of growth and change for our school and there are many more exciting initiatives planned. The Victorian Government recognises that Knox needs a strong government high school and is committed to growing and developing the school.
We are pleased to announce that next year Scoresby Secondary College will introduce Mandarin from Year 7 and a specialised Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) program for Years 8-10.
We believe that every child has a gift, a particular skill, a special something that can make a difference – to their own lives, to the lives of those around them and to the future of our world.
At Scoresby Secondary College, every child has the potential and the opportunity to be their brilliant best.
To encourage this, we have two teams: Junior School (Years 7 – 9) and Senior School (Years 10 – 12) that focus on our teaching and learning programs, pastoral care and other programs to support each of the distinct stages of adolescent development.
We believe that all students can develop and achieve success across a range of curricular and co-curricular activities. We believe that setting high expectations will empower students and inspire their confidence to take on responsibility for their own behaviour and learning.
